After reading a ton of customer reviews online, I purchased a bottle of Now Foods SAM-e. In the six weeks I’ve been taking SAM-e I have noticed a dramatic improvement in my overall mood. While I’ve tried a lot of different “mood maintence” supplements over the years, I have to admit that SAM-e is truly one of a kind as far as the results I’ve experienced.

In thier most recent tests of SAM-e products, Consumer Labs gave Now Foods SAM-e a good evaluation, and in my opinon they were right to do so, because the quality is excellent. I always read reviews before I buy anything, so I know that I’ll get what I pay for, and it will do what it claims to do. Since you need to take SAM-e everyday in order to maintain it’s effectiveness, I’ve been using the subscription feature on Amazon to make sure I get the best price, and that I don’t run out of this supplement. I reccommend SAM-e to my friends, relatives, and anybody I come across who is struggling with feelings of depression or anxiety. It’s really amazing stuff.
